Job Description: We are in search of a dedicated Executive Search Consultant or Researcher who will play a pivotal role in sourcing outstanding candidates within the banking and finance sector. Responsibilities Conduct full 360 recruitment from conducting business development to sourcing and securing placements for excellent candidates for executive level Conduct thorough research and candidate sourcing to identify potential candidates for executive-level positions. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, organisational culture, and strategic goals. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including candidate interviews, assessments, reference checks, and offer negotiations. Utilize various sourcing strategies, including networking, database searches, and market mapping, to identify high-caliber candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and effective delivery of recruitment solutions. Leverage your expertise in market trends and industry insights to guide clients in making informed hiring decisions. Provide coaching and guidance to candidates throughout the interview and selection process. Stay updated on industry best practices and recruitment trends to enhance the quality of your recruitment solutions. Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities and building a strong network of industry professionals. What you have: Diploma/Degree in finance, accounting or banking (or equivalent work experience in the banking/finance industry) Your multitasking skills are legendary, and you can juggle hiring for a few roles with flair.
