Executive search or quality contingent background seeking a step up in  compliance, risk, legal, and finance for sectors like asset management, banking, private equity, and more. As a Senior Associate you will already have an understanding of what excellence needs to look like...We need a strong track-record of making successful sourcing and referencing calls, networking and confidence to meet candidates face-to-face to build strong relationships Able to approach senior candidates and pitch clients, as well as assess candidates and curate short-lists. Able to handle volume and multi-task. Attention to detail, enjoys both mapping markets and building products. Ability to handle candidates through the early stage of a clients interview process. Ability to present candidate to clients, discuss interview feedback and provide advice. Characters we are looking to talk with will have a s olutions focused & highly pro-active outlook.
