Job Description:
Executive Vice President, B2B Communications
Do you thrive at the intersection of technology, business strategy and communications? Are you energized by building the teams, culture and client relationships that help innovative organizations shape market conversations, build executive visibility and drive measurable business impact through integrated communications?
As EVP, B2B Communications at Zeno, you will lead our portfolio of B2B clients and serve as senior strategic advisor to some of our largest and longest-standing enterprise relationships. You will help set the vision for how Zeno shows up in B2B, drive integrated programs across regions and practices, build a best-in-class, modern team and demonstrate Zeno’s culture across teams and clients.
This is an opportunity for a senior communications leader to shape high-impact strategies, grow a business and its people, and help define the future of B2B communications at Zeno.
About the Role
- Portfolio Leadership: Own the strategy, performance and growth of Zeno's B2B client portfolio, setting priorities, allocating talent and ensuring consistent excellence across accounts, practices and regions.
- Client Leadership & Strategic Counsel: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and other senior clients and stakeholders, developing integrated communications strategies that align with business priorities, support growth and strengthen market leadership.
- B2B & Enterprise Technology Storytelling: Lead communications strategy across B2B and enterprise technology portfolios, translating complex technologies into compelling narratives that resonate with customers, media, analysts and other key stakeholders.
- Integrated Campaign Leadership: Drive multi-channel integrated communications programs spanning earned, owned, paid and shared channels, partnering across practices and regions to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns at scale.
- Executive Visibility & Analyst Relations: Direct executive communications and thought leadership programs for senior leaders while guiding analyst engagement strategies that strengthen market positioning and industry influence.
- Modern Marketing & Innovation: Bring the skill set of a modern marketer to client work, combining data, AI-enabled workflows, content, social and creator engagement, and search and discoverability with traditional communications craft. Champion new approaches and set the standard for how our teams adopt them.
- Measurement & Business Impact: Apply research, analytics and performance insights to refine strategy, demonstrate impact and connect communications outcomes to client business objectives.
- Business Growth & Commercial Leadership: Strengthen long-term client partnerships by identifying opportunities to expand engagements, lead new business pursuits and contribute to the financial health of the B2B portfolio.
- Team Leadership & Talent Development: Build, lead and mentor high-performing cross-office and cross-region teams. Attract and retain top talent, develop the next generation of leaders and foster an environment where people learn, grow and do their best work.
- Agency Culture & Leadership: Be a visible driver of Zeno's culture, modeling Fearless, Collaborative, Entrepreneurial, Inclusive, Kind and Ambitious. Contribute to the agency’s senior leadership and help shape its strategy, reputation and ways of working.
About You
- 18+ years of experience in communications, public relations or corporate communications, including significant agency leadership experience.

- Deep expertise across enterprise technology sectors, including cloud, AI, cybersecurity, SaaS, data platforms or related industries.
- Demonstrated success leading global communications programs across multiple markets and regions.
- Experience developing integrated communications strategies that support business growth, reputation and market leadership.
- The skill set of a modern marketer: fluency across earned, owned, paid and shared channels, data and analytics, AI-enabled ways of working, content, social and creator engagement, and search and discoverability.
- Strong understanding of executive communications, thought leadership and analyst relations, with relationships across leading industry analysts, including Gartner, Forrester, IDC and similar organizations.
- Ability to translate complex technology topics into clear, compelling narratives for a variety of audiences.
- Strong presentation, storytelling and client counseling skills, with experience guiding executive-level and boardroom discussions.
- Proven experience growing client relationships, leading new business efforts and managing revenue and margin for a portfolio or practice.
- Track record of building and leading best-in-class, multi-office teams, including attracting, mentoring and developing senior talent and future leaders.
- A collaborative, inclusive leadership style, with a passion for supporting and strengthening agency culture.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies, evolving marketing and communications trends and the future of B2B.
