MISSION

Mirum Pharmaceuticals is a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming the treatment of rare diseases. We are passionate about advancing scientific discoveries to become important medicines for rare disease patients. We are collaborative, creative, and experienced professionals and we’re looking to augment our team with other individuals who embody our values: care, be real, get it done, and have fun, seriously.

POSITION SUMMARY

Mirum Pharmaceuticals is seeking an international biopharmaceutical executive to lead its business outside the United States through the company's next phase of growth. Reporting to the President and Chief Operating Officer, the EVP, Head of International will be accountable for international growth, commercial performance, launch execution, geographic expansion, and organizational development.

The role spans direct markets, distributors, licensing partners, market access and new market entry.

This leader will scale Mirum’s established international business through multiple upcoming product launches while building capabilities across Asia Pacific and Latin America. The EVP will create an operating model that empowers country leaders while ensuring alignment across markets.

The role requires a senior commercial leader who can think strategically, build efficiently, and scale an international organization through its next phase of growth. The successful candidate will bring broad international P&L leadership, rare disease or specialty-care commercialization experience, strong market access capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to lead both direct affiliates and partner-led markets without overbuilding infrastructure.

  • Drive strong partner performance across registration, access, commercialization, and supply.
