We're looking for an Experience and Content Management Executive to join our Clients & Markets function. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about content governance, information management and digital asset optimisation to play a central role in maintaining and enhancing the firm's knowledge and marketing resources.

Working within the Marketing Operations & Brand Design team, you'll help ensure that the firm's experience database, content repositories and digital assets remain accurate, accessible and aligned to business needs. Your work will directly support business development, bids, marketing campaigns, communications and knowledge-sharing activities across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the firm's experience database, ensuring records remain accurate, current and aligned with governance standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Clients & Markets and the wider business to capture, organise and maintain experience, content and digital assets.
  • Apply and maintain taxonomy, metadata and content classification standards to improve content discoverability and re-use.
  • Ensure permissions, approvals and confidentiality requirements are accurately maintained in line with firm policies.
  • Conduct content quality assurance activities, identifying duplicate, incomplete or outdated content and coordinating improvements with content owners.
  • Manage content and asset lifecycles, including retention, archiving and disposal activities.
  • Monitor organisational changes and maintain accurate content ownership records.
  • Produce reporting and insight on content usage, quality and adoption, supporting informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Support the development and optimisation of content management platforms, governance frameworks and operational processes.
  • Provide guidance to content contributors on standards, taxonomy, metadata and repository best practice.
  • Contribute to initiatives that improve content consistency, governance, discoverability and operational efficiency.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Experience managing content, information, digital asset or knowledge repositories within a structured business environment.
  • A strong understanding of content governance, information management and content lifecycle principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy across large volumes of information and content.
  • Experience applying taxonomy, metadata and content classification standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Experience contributing to best practice, governance or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across teams and levels of seniority.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A curiosity for learning new technologies and improving ways of working.
  • An understanding of working within a regulated environment, balancing compliance, confidentiality and risk considerations.
