Job Description This is a remote position. BFCG is seeking an Experience Cloud Consultant to help clients build customer, partner, and employee portals that enhance engagement, self-service, and collaboration experiences. Key Responsibilities Implement Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions Design customer and partner portal experiences Configure user access, permissions, and security controls Develop self-service and community engagement solutions Gather business requirements and create solution designs Support integrations with enterprise platforms Conduct user training and solution dem​onstrations Requirements 5–8+ years Salesforce consulting experience Experience implementing Experience Cloud solutions Strong understanding of portal and community architecture Knowledge of Salesforce security and access models
