The Opportunity
As an
Experience Designer at DAN, you’ll be integral to creating visually stunning, user-centered experiences across multiple platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our cross-functional team to turn concepts into digital realities, ensuring every project delights users and delivers business value.
What You’ll Do
- Craft exceptional, user-focused experiences across various platforms and devices.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of your designs.
- Design and iterate: from wireframes to high-fidelity visuals, adapting based on feedback and data insights.
- Maintain consistency in design across all project stages, ensuring high-quality output.
- Champion user needs by conducting user testing and refining designs based on real-world insights.
- Work closely with diverse teams to elevate creative solutions and drive innovative ideas.
What We’re Looking For
- Design Expertise: A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces.
- User-centered approach: You focus on the needs of real people and design solutions that make their experiences better.
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and Principle are your bread and butter.
- Strong communication skills: You articulate design decisions effectively and work well across teams.
- Creative problem-solving: You combine creativity with analytical thinking to solve design challenges.
- Attention to detail: You’re meticulous in delivering polished, high-quality work.
- Up-to-date with best practices: You stay ahead of UX trends and design guidelines.
Bonus Points For
- Understanding of motion design or animation.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other front-end technologies, including WordPress.
- Familiarity with usability testing methods to inform design decisions.
