Experience Planner - Call Center

This hybrid role is based in Tucson, Arizona, or Lenox, Massachusetts, with a combination of onsite and remote work.

Responsibilities

As an Experience Planner, you’ll help guests bring their wellness goals to life through personalized guidance and thoughtful planning. Connecting by phone, email, and chat, you’ll get to know each guest’s interests and recommend Canyon Ranch stays, Designed Experiences, and services that inspire them. You’ll use your consultative sales skills to turn those conversations into bookings, meet sales goals, and build lasting guest relationships.

From pre-arrival consultations to personalized itineraries, you’ll bring together spa services, fitness activities, dining, and other wellness experiences to create a seamless stay. You’ll coordinate reservation details, introduce guests to digital planning tools, and provide timely follow-up while keeping guest records accurate and confidential. Along the way, you’ll deepen your knowledge through training and coaching and share your expertise with new colleagues.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in hospitality, reservations, sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Associate degree, equivalent training, or related experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong consultative sales, guest service, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation and scheduling systems, including Opera and Concept.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and onsite in Tucson or Lenox as part of a hybrid schedule.
