Core Responsibilities
Be responsible for the experience provided to MercadoLibre sellers when they contact customer service, acting as a reference for the Shipping process. Conduct data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and lead initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction. Generate, design, and execute initiatives to reduce friction and improve user experiences. Coordinate and lead problem-solving forums with various teams to implement identified improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Advanced proficiency in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with databases such as SQL or BigQuery. Experience with AI programs (Cursor, Claude) and analysis of satisfaction metrics is desirable.
