Experienced Consumer Collection Specialist

Salary: $18.00 Hourly Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Work from home Collection Specialist to join our Caine & Weiner team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing consumer/retail accounts, conducting account analysis, and negotiating payment plans. This role requires strong phone etiquette, a solid understanding of financial concepts, and the ability to work with various software. A background in Commercial, Consumer, Legal, First and Third party collections is a plus. Conduct thorough account analysis to identify payment patterns and potential issues. Negotiate payment arrangements that are mutually beneficial for both the client and the company. Stay informed about financial concepts and regulations related to collections. Maintaining professionalism during all interactions. Experience Previous experience in Commercial, Consumer, Legal, First and Third party collections is preferred. No medical. Experience with CUBS is a plus. Standard computer skills with ability to multitask two screens, talking and typing at the same time. Excellent math skills to accurately assess payment amounts and account balances. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively over the phone, displaying strong phone etiquette.
