2 Full-Time Positions | Kolkata

We are looking for a sharp and disciplined derivatives trader with hands-on experience in executing trades across:

• Equity Derivatives (F&O)
• MCX Commodity Markets

What matters most to us is execution efficiency.

We are looking for individuals who can translate trading instructions into actual market orders quickly, accurately and without execution errors. The ability to operate a trading terminal confidently, respond instantly to changing market conditions and maintain accuracy under pressure is fundamental to this role.

Eligibility & Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of prior experience in stock broking or a derivatives trading environment preferred.
• Excellent order execution skills, with the ability to place, modify and manage orders quickly, efficiently and accurately.
• Mandatory: In-depth working knowledge of the Fyers trading platform, particularly Fyers Web, including hands-on proficiency in rapid order placement and execution.
• Sound understanding of Futures & Options, market structure and trading mechanics.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting price charts, spreads, and market data quickly.
• Ability to remain calm, focused and disciplined in a fast-paced trading environment.
• NISM Series VIII and NISM Series XVI certification would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow discretionary trading instructions precisely.
• Execute, modify and manage orders on the Fyers trading terminal with speed, precision and accuracy, ensuring correctness in order quantity, price, instrument selection and trade direction.
• Monitor live market movements, identify emerging trading opportunities, and managing open positions, margin requirements and overall market exposure.
• Provide relevant observations and insights during and after market hours.
• Follow prescribed after-market compliance requirements.

Education

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field

Experience

Minimum 2 years preferred in stock broking or derivatives trading.

Compensation

As per market standards, commensurate with experience and capabilities.

Work Arrangement

Full-Time | Kolkata

Timings: 9am – 4pm Work from Office (WFO) and 6pm – 11pm Work from Home (WFH)

Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Salt Lake, Sector V, considering the specified work hours and ease of daily commuting.
