The Role Lead visual strategy and end-to-end execution for high-stakes healthcare communications. Acting as both strategist and designer, you will distill complex medical content into sharp, structured design systems and own projects from concept to final delivery. Key Responsibilities Drive conceptualization and hands-on design across detail aids, long-form collateral, interactive eLearning modules, and sales training materials Enforce and elevate existing brand frameworks with pristine typography, visual hierarchy, and precise layout systems Provide strategic design recommendations, own projects end-to-end, and deliver precise, high-stakes work in a fast-paced environment Qualifications & Requirements 5+ years of agency experience required Portfolio demonstrating strong visual communication, precise typographic hierarchy, and structured layout systems Pharma or healthcare experience preferred, with a proven ability to distill complex science into clear visual systems Advanced proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop Expert layout skills, with a strong willingness and enthusiasm to master PowerPoint as a high-end design tool Strong client-facing communication, strategic problem-solving, and complete project ownership Application Requirements Applicants must: Submit a portfolio link (required) Include 3 text-heavy layout samples (brochures, eModules, etc.) Complete all required application questions Applications that do not meet these requirements will not be reviewed.
