We're hiring an AI Graphic Designer who combines traditional design skills with AI-powered tools to produce high-quality visual content faster than a traditional design workflow. About Us We're a credible, funded, remote-first startup backed by a growing team. We're pre-launch and moving fast. About The Role We need a designer who uses AI as a force multiplier, not a crutch. You'll produce social graphics, landing page visuals, ad creative, pitch deck assets, brand collateral, and whatever else the team needs — and you'll do it fast because you know how to combine tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, and Canva AI with real design fundamentals. This isn't about typing a prompt and calling it done. We need someone who understands composition, typography, color, and brand consistency — and uses AI to accelerate their workflow, not replace their taste. If you can take a rough brief, generate options, refine them into something polished, and deliver on deadline, that's exactly what we're looking for. Compensation Up to $75,000 max total annual compensation in Tier 1 cities; cash and equity components to be negotiated. Given the flexible commitment model, comp will be structured accordingly — fractional or hourly arrangements welcome. What You'll Do in Your First 7 Days You've reviewed our existing brand assets and visual identity You've gotten access to our design tools and content calendar You've delivered your first batch of visual assets — social graphics, a landing page section, or ad creative You've attended your first team meeting and understand the marketing and design priorities The team knows who you are, why you're here, and how you'll work together What You'll Do Ongoing Create visual content — social media graphics, ad creative, landing page visuals, email headers, and presentation assets Use AI tools strategically — generate concepts, variations, and assets using AI image generation tools, then refine and polish to meet brand standards Maintain brand consistency — ensure all visual output is cohesive and aligned with our look and feel Move fast — the speed advantage of AI-assisted design is the point; we need someone who can deliver quality at startup pace Iterate based on feedback — take direction, adjust quickly, and improve with each round What We're Looking For Must-haves: Strong design fundamentals — composition, typography, color theory, layout Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, or similar) Proficient in Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite for refinement and final output A portfolio that shows both your design skills and your AI-assisted work Fast and reliable — you deliver polished work on tight timelines Nice-to-have: Experience designing for startups or tech companies Motion graphics or basic animation skills Prompt engineering experience — you know how to get consistent, usable output from AI tools Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments What You're NOT Not a prompt-only role — AI generates the raw material; you bring the design eye and finish Not a brand strategist — you'll execute the visual identity, not define it Not a video editor — this is primarily static and light-motion visual design By clicking APPLY, you consent to receive email and SMS communication from ListLab.
