We are seeking someone who:

MUST HAVING WORKED WITH MYCASE AND DOCKETWISE

Has 5+ years of immigration paralegal experience, specifically in business and family immigration cases.

Is dedicated, loyal, and seeks a long-term role (5+ years) with a harmonious firm.

Is caring, empathetic, and client-centered, recognizing that immigration is deeply personal for those we serve.

Enjoys working in a peaceful, collaborative environment where growth is effortless and sustainable.

Is committed to clarity, organization, and mindful communication.

🌿 Role & Responsibilities

Complete business and family immigration cases from start to finish

Prepare and review immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.

Maintain organized and thoughtful case management, ensuring deadlines are met effortlessly.

Communicate clearly and gently with clients, guiding them through processes with empathy.

Collaborate with the attorney and team to ensure cases flow smoothly without stress or chaos.

Contribute to a culture of peace, trust, and harmony, both internally and with clients.

WE have daily meetings, and weekly quotas for 3 case submissions per week.

You submit a daily list of work performed

🌸 Requirements

Minimum 5 years of U.S. immigration paralegal experience, including both business (employment-based) and family-based cases.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases with grace.

Demonstrated empathy, loyalty, and professionalism.

Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office.

Remote work experience preferred, with ability to maintain focus, reliability, and presence.
