Role Description This is a full-time Experienced Truck Dispatcher role based in Lahore with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. The dispatcher will manage daily freight dispatching, coordinate with drivers and carriers, and monitor routes to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries. Responsibilities include track-and-trace monitoring, updating load statuses in dispatch systems, and maintaining accurate documentation for each shipment. The role involves frequent communication with clients and carriers, negotiating rates when needed, resolving issues on the road, and proactively addressing delays or route changes. The dispatcher will collaborate with the logistics team, follow company processes and compliance standards, and contribute to continuous improvement in dispatch efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications
- Strong logistics and dispatching skills, including freight coordination, route planning, and track-and-trace monitoring.
- Proficiency in communication and customer service, with the ability to liaise effectively with drivers, carriers, and clients.
- Experience with dispatch software, transportation management systems, and basic MS Office tools.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
- Ability to analyze situations, solve problems under time pressure, and make sound decisions independently.
- Previous experience in US-based trucking or logistics operations is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional language skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model from Lahore, including evening or night shifts to align with US time zones if required.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is a plus.
