Role Description The Amazon FBA Wholesale Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and optimizing wholesale operations within Amazon’s FBA ecosystem. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and evaluating wholesale suppliers, analyzing product profitability, and negotiating pricing and terms with vendors. The specialist will set up and maintain product listings, ensure accurate inventory levels, and coordinate shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers. This role also focuses on monitoring account health, reviewing sales performance and KPIs, and implementing strategies to improve rankings, margins, and overall revenue. Collaboration with internal stakeholders for reporting, forecasting, and process improvements is essential to ensure smooth and compliant Amazon operations.
Qualifications
  • Amazon wholesale operations skills, including supplier sourcing, product selection, and margin analysis.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, FBA workflows, listing creation, and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical skills for pricing strategy, sales performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in negotiation, vendor relationship management, and basic contract or terms review.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets and business tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, reporting dashboards, inventory or sourcing software).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes and prepare clear reports.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple products, suppliers, and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrate initiative, and maintain reliable availability during agreed working hours.
  • Prior experience in Amazon FBA wholesale, e-commerce, or retail operations is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
