- Strong understanding of database marketing, direct and multichannel marketing, lead fulfillment, digital strategy, data segmentation, and data models.
- Working knowledge of SQL query development or Databricks is required, including the ability to retrieve, validate, segment, and analyze customer data in support of campaign activation. Experience with query-building tools and Adobe or other audience-building platforms is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, organization, prioritization, relationship-management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, agencies, vendors, and other partners in a matrixed environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and project, workflow, or work-management tools; ability to learn quickly in an evolving technology ecosystem.
