In this pivotal role, you'll drive the vision and strategy for our products while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that delight our customers. As an Expert Product Manager, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging data-driven insights to make decisive decisions that shape our product roadmap and drive business growth. Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with organizational goals and market opportunities Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer needs, market analysis, and business objectives Conduct thorough user research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify market gaps Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product development and launch Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics; analyze data to measure product success and identify areas for optimization Gather and synthesize customer feedback through interviews, surveys, and user testing to continuously improve the product experience Manage stakeholder relationships transparently, providing regular updates and managing expectations across all levels of the organization Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product adoption Champion an agile and iterative approach to product development, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous learning Mentor and support junior product team members, sharing expertise and fostering professional growth Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to maintain a visionary perspective **Required Qualifications:** 7+ years of professional experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products from conception to market Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate insights into actionable strategies Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships Proficiency with product management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or similar frameworks) Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Deep understanding of the product lifecycle and user-centered design principles **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with SaaS or digital product development Certification in product management (Pragmatic Marketing, Reforge, or equivalent) Background in B2B or B2C product environments Experience with data analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies Knowledge of market research and competitive positioning strategies Experience working in fast-paced, startup, or scale-up environments Familiarity with German market dynamics or European business practices **Key Competencies:** Strategic thinking and visionary mindset Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Collaborative and inclusive leadership approach Resilient and adaptable in dynamic environments Customer-focused with empathetic understanding of user needs Decisive decision-making ability with transparent communication Innovative problem-solving and motivational presence Efficient project management and goal-oriented execution
