Your Responsibilities

• Fachliche Leitung von Digitalisierungsinitiativen, Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen zur Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
• Erstellung von Fachkonzepten, Business Cases, Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und Entscheidungsvorlagen
• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Digitalisierungs-Community sowie Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen
• Verantwortung für das Software-Lizenzmanagement einschließlich Compliance-, Risiko- und Bedarfssteuerung
• Konzeption, Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Anwendungen, Workflows, Schnittstellen sowie Automatisierungslösungen
• Steuerung des gesamten Software-Lebenszyklus und Integration von Cloud-Diensten sowie Unternehmensanwendungen

Your Profile

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Fachhochschulstudium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Digitalisierung, Softwareentwicklung, Prozessmanagement oder IT-Projektmanagement
• Erweiterte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Digitalisierung, Künstliche Intelligenz, Prozessautomatisierung und moderne Softwarelösungen
• Ausgeprägte Moderations- und Präsentationskompetenz sowie Erfahrung in der fachlichen Steuerung von Projektteams und Arbeitsgruppen
• Hohes Kommunikationsvermögen in Deutsch und Englisch, Beratungskompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Interessengruppen zu gewinnen und zu vernetzen
• Analytisches und systematisches Denkvermögen, Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Veränderungsbereitschaft
