Export Logistics Officer (AU Trading and Supply, WFH)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• Strong research and analytical skills
• Knowledge of logistics, export operations, or supply chain processes
• Ability to interpret regulatory and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written communication and reporting skills
• Experience researching export market requirements and government regulations (DAFF, MICOR, Customs, or international trade compliance.
• Experience with BSM, Redmap, or similar logistics systems
• Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations
• Experience supporting reefer or export logistics activities
  
  

What will you do?

• Research export market requirements, approvals, permits, and regulatory obligations
• Investigate destination-country import requirements and compliance standards
• Review existing customer accounts and identify growth opportunities
• Keep traders informed of unsold orders and available stock
• Coordinate day-to-day logistics activities for consolidation and full-load reefer shipments
• Support documentation activities, including order processing and invoice verification
• Assist with Bill of Lading reviews and shipping documentation checks
• Help organize workflow priorities and support operational efficiency across teams
