Export Sales Manager

Sales Manager with 4-5 years of experience in Dampers , Acoustics and VAVs from Singapore or Phillipines.

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets across South East Asia.

2. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with consultants, contractors, MEP companies and distributors.

3. Promote dampers, acoustic products and VAVs, ensuring product approvals and vendor registrations with key clients.

4. Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on enquiries and quotations, and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.

5. Coordinate with internal technical, estimation and production teams to ensure timely submission of offers and project delivery.

6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing to improve market share and business growth.

7. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, support existing clients and explore new markets across the region.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share across international territories.
• Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, strategies, and forecasts.
• Negotiate contracts, manage orders, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Liaise with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts and resolve customer queries.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing accounts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel internationally for business purposes.
