Invisix Measuring Systems is a fast-growing scale-up in the high-tech industry, developing next-generation metrology solutions for the semiconductor sector. We reconstruct the detailed 3D geometry of next-generation chips, geometry no one else can see. We were founded by two former ASML professionals with deep expertise in short wavelength metrology, and we're now scaling to bring that technology to market.
