The Finance/
Operations team are responsible for all finance related functions and
maintain
constant communication with managers, staff,
and stakeholders
to ensure proper and efficient operations of the organisation
.
The Operations team
will develop,
deliver,
implement
and
maintain
protocols and procedures with a view to delivering the organisational goals and visio
n relating to business administration functions including human resources,
finance
and day to day office operations.

Analyse internal operations
and relationships with
all stakeholders

enhancement
Implement strategies and plans that align with the
short and long term
objectives developed in collaboration with the
Chief Operating Officer
and Managing Director
Build and
maintain
trusting relationships with key customers, clients,
partners
and
stakeholders
Partner with cross functional teams to improve processes, procedures,
tools
and
systems
