We’re looking for a driven and dynamic External Mortgage Loan Officer to help expand our reach and connect more homebuyers with the mortgage solutions they need. As an External Mortgage Loan Officer, you’ll be on the front lines of business development representing FAIRWINDS in your market and turning connections into clients. Your Role in Our Mission: Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other community professionals to drive consistent mortgage leads. Actively prospect through cold calling, networking, presentations, and community involvement. Represent FAIRWINDS at events, deliver engaging presentations, and drive brand awareness to grow your pipeline. Takes complete and accurate mortgage applications, participates in obtaining all necessary support documents, oversees the loan process by monitoring loan status and ensuring conformity to terms. Partner closely with your dedicated processor and enjoy priority underwriting to help you close loans efficiently and with confidence. Ensures exceptional member experience by interacting and interfacing with all parties involved in each individual loan transaction, from application to closing.
