F&A GBS AP Specialist - Temporary

Accounts Payable activities for the E&A. The position is part of the Global Business Services (GBS) Center in the Barcelona area and reports to the F&A GBS AP Senior Specialist E&A.

The main project for this role is the testing of SAP S/4HANA, Accounts Payable module. The individual may also provide input and participate in other AP projects and will perform other duties as requested.

• Performing timely and accurate invoice processing.
• Investigating and resolving any invoice mismatches in the system, or rejecting/returning invoices as per the agreed procedure.
• Performing vendor statement, debit balance, and GR/IR reconciliations.
• Supporting not only the assigned region but also the overall AP function.
• Working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) objectives for the month.
• Tracking and supporting vendor and buyer queries within GBS SLAs.

• Participating in the testing of SAP S/4HANA for the Accounts Payable module.

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience is appreciated.
• Ability to speak and write English and Spanish fluently.
• Another language is a plus.
• SAP ERP experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
