Job Description This is a remote position. ROLE: Facebook Ads Specialist EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time Rate: 60k (negotiable; can go up depending on experience) About the Company: GetmyCourse is an Australia-based company selling courses to professionals in the Caregiving, Community Service, Building and construction, & Mental health space. Position Overview: As a Facebook Ads Specialist at GetmyCourse, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing our Facebook advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in lead generation, a deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, and a proven track record of managing significant ad spends. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage Facebook advertising campaigns to achieve business objectives. Monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring the efficient use of ad budgets and maximizing ROI. Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing ads and strategies. Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Collaborate with the marketing team to align Facebook ad strategies with overall marketing goals. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and updates in Facebook advertising. Utilize Go High Level for lead generation and CRM integration to ensure seamless campaign execution. Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing Facebook ad campaigns. Proven experience handling ad spends of at least 10,000 AUD. Strong background in lead generation using Facebook Ads. Proficiency in Go High Level and its applications in marketing campaigns. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a remote team. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Skills: Experience in the education or e-learning industry. Familiarity with other digital marketing tools and platforms. Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
