Facilis Customer Service Representative

Office Beacon is looking for experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives with strong hands-on experience using the Facilis Order Flow System.

This role is ideal for candidates with a background in the promotional products industry who have managed customer orders from order entry through delivery while providing excellent customer support and coordinating with sales teams and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders accurately using the Facilis Order Flow System
• Manage the complete order lifecycle from order entry to delivery
• Review artwork, product specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Create and send purchase orders and artwork to suppliers
• Monitor order progress and ensure on-time delivery
• Update order statuses, job tracker notes, and follow-up activities
• Communicate with customers regarding order updates and shipping information
• Resolve customer and supplier concerns in a timely manner
• Partner closely with Sales Representatives to support customer success
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding proofs, production updates, and shipment tracking

Qualifications:

Required

• 2–3 years of experience in the promotional products industry
• Strong experience using Facilis Order Flow System
• Experience with Syncore
• High-volume order entry and order management experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience handling rush, complex, or high-volume orders
• Knowledge of supplier portals and promotional product workflows
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams
