Role Description The Facilitator role is a part-time, remote position focused on delivering engaging learning experiences that support leadership development, mindset coaching, and personal growth. In this role, the Facilitator will lead online workshops, group coaching sessions, and training programs, using provided materials and frameworks to guide participants through concepts and practical exercises. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing session content, customizing activities to meet group needs, managing discussions, and fostering a safe and inclusive environment for learning and reflection. The Facilitator will also gather feedback, collaborate with the team to improve programs, and may assist in developing new tools or resources that enhance participant outcomes. This role requires reliable digital communication, consistent availability for scheduled sessions across time zones, and professional representation of The Growth Mindset Co. in all interactions.
Qualifications

• Facilitation and coaching skills, including experience leading workshops, training sessions, or group coaching in leadership, mindset, or personal development contexts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, including active listening, clear spoken and written communication, and skill in managing group dynamics and diverse perspectives.
• Background or education in psychology, coaching, education, leadership, business, or a related field; relevant coaching or facilitation certifications are an advantage.
• Comfort with remote work tools, such as video conferencing platforms, digital collaboration tools, and online learning systems, with reliable internet and a professional remote setup.
• Demonstrated commitment to growth mindset principles, continuous learning, and personal development, with the ability to model these values for participants.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, including preparing materials in advance, maintaining session schedules, and accurately documenting participant progress or feedback.
• Experience working with diverse groups and a commitment to creating inclusive, respectful, and non-judgmental learning environments.
• Flexibility to facilitate sessions during evenings or weekends based on participant needs and program schedules.
