About the job you’re considering

We are the Accelerated Solutions Environment, or ASE Capgemini’s global collaboration capability. We partner with clients and our wider business to navigate crucial moments of complexity, where future success depends on smart, bold and aligned decisions from everyone involved.

We enable our clients to navigate complex challenges by designing and delivering dynamic, empowering experiences that create the conditions for clarity, alignment, creativity and action. Our work ranges from fast high-impact sessions to complex multi-day engagements and collaborative interventions embedded within wider transformation programmes.

We are a passionate, diverse and inclusive team. Our ethos values quality, impact and productivity over time spent on tasks. We champion a healthy, supportive workplace and focus on what each person needs to thrive. We value openness, authenticity, curiosity and care. We work with agility, drawing on the full breadth of the ASE, Capgemini and our wider ecosystem to deliver high-value work for our clients.

This is a hybrid working role, with an expectation of being based in our London office 2-3 days each week. The role also involves occasional travel to the ASE office in Telford and client locations as required. We are looking for someone who can travel flexibly and is comfortable working additional hours when needed to ensure the successful delivery of ASE engagements.

Your Role

We are looking for a bold, curious and highly skilled Facilitator to join our team of designers, technologists, consultants and delivery specialists.

As an ASE Facilitator, you will lead the design and delivery of large-scale, high-impact collaborative experiences for senior clients across a broad range of sectors. You will bring together consulting rigour, facilitation expertise, creative design and confident client leadership to help organisations navigate ambiguity, align around priorities and accelerate meaningful action. Working closely with clients, you will understand their most important challenges, shape the right interventions and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver engaging experiences that generate insight, enable decision-making and create lasting impact.

What you'll do

  • Lead the scoping, design and delivery of high-impact ASE experiences, workshops and collaborative interventions for senior client audiences, comfortable in rooms of 10-150+ people.
  • Work with clients from a broad range of sectors to understand their strategic context, challenges, ambitions and desired outcomes, translating these into purposeful experience designs.
  • Facilitate complex conversations with confidence, helping groups navigate ambiguity, surface insight, align around decisions and build commitment to action.
  • Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams, including co-facilitators, technologists and designers.
  • Apply and adapt collaborative methodologies such as MG Taylor, Complexity Science, Systems Thinking, Design Thinking, Deep Democracy and other relevant approaches.
  • Design and deliver physical, virtual and hybrid experiences that are inclusive, engaging and outcome-led.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior clients and Capgemini stakeholders, acting as a confident and credible representative of the ASE and identifying opportunities to connect clients with wider Capgemini capabilities.
  • Ensure successful delivery of engagements to agreed time, cost and quality expectations, with clear ownership, strong team coordination and effective stakeholder management.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality outputs that capture insight, decisions, actions and momentum from client engagements.
  • Support business development activities, helping build a pipeline of high-value collaborative work and future opportunities.
  • Support, coach and nurture the development of others in the team, helping to build facilitation confidence, consulting capability and delivery excellence.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of ASE methods, tools, assets, propositions and ways of working.
  • Explore and embed relevant innovation, including AI-enabled collaboration, immersive technologies, data-led insight and sustainable experience design.

Your skills and experience

  • A proven track record of working with senior clients and stakeholders to support transformation, strategy, innovation, or change.
  • Strong facilitation experience, with the ability to guide groups through complexity, ambiguity and challenge.
  • Experience designing and delivering workshops, events, collaborative interventions or transformation experiences.
  • Excellent consulting skills, including structured thinking, problem solving, questioning, synthesis, project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Confidence working with senior audiences, including the ability to challenge constructively, hold the room and adapt in the moment.
  • Strong project leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams, manage multiple workstreams and deliver under pressure.
  • The ability to design inclusive, creative and outcome-led experiences across physical, virtual and hybrid formats.
  • A demonstrable interest in, or experience of, collaborative methodologies such as MG Taylor, Complexity science, Systems Thinking, Design Thinking, Deep Democracy, democratic participatory processes or similar approaches.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Mural, and other digital collaboration platforms

Your Security Clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
