Posted Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 5:00 AM Your Role... The Facilities Coordinator supports the Facilities Manager with maintenance and repair of the fleet. This role reports to the Facilities Manager, and will work closing with store teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure maintenance requests are completed efficiently, facility records are up to date, and stores remain safe and well-maintained. Key Responsibilities Assist with maintenance and repair services for all retail locations. Manage facility work orders from start to finish. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers. Respond to urgent maintenance requests and help arrange emergency repairs. Maintain accurate records of repairs, equipment, warranties, and vendor information. Support new store openings, remodels, relocations, and store closings. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in retail operations or facility maintenance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and work order management systems. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience using ServiceChannel. Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance. Experience coordinating projects. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Physical Requirements Ability to travel to retail locations (approximately 30%). Ability to occasionally lift 50 pounds. Ability to visit and inspect retail facilities as needed. Pay Rate: The pay range below is provided in compliance with state/city specific laws. This pay range applies to this location.
