  • Lead and develop facilities personnel, including maintenance technicians and administrative staff.

  • Manage vendor relationships, maintenance service delivery, equipment purchases, deliveries, and installations.

  • Oversee the company vehicle fleet, promoting safe, efficient, and cost-effective use of resources.

  • Partner with practices and internal departments to coordinate facility needs, projects, and operational improvements.

Champion Safety & Risk Management

  • Establish and maintain facility management standards, safety procedures, and resources for operational leaders.

  • Ensure facilities and equipment meet applicable building codes, regulations, and safety requirements.

  • Identify maintenance concerns and operational risks, coordinating timely corrective action.

  • Support compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and HIPAA confidentiality requirements.

Drive Financial & Operational Performance

  • Develop and manage facility budgets, forecast expenses and capital expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Evaluate facility leases, maintenance agreements, equipment warranties, construction projects, and renovation proposals.

  • Monitor expenses related to maintenance, equipment, small projects, and fleet operations.

  • Use financial analysis and data to support sound purchasing decisions and effective resource allocation.

Collaborate & Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with leaders across the organization to develop scalable solutions and support business objectives.

  • Contribute to strategic initiatives, organizational change, and post-acquisition integration efforts as needed.

  • Support projects that improve operational efficiency, control costs, and advance organizational growth.

  • Assist senior leadership with additional projects and initiatives as directed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate, and guide a team.

  • Experience planning and managing facility budgets, expenses, and capital projects.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with vendors, facilities personnel, and operational leaders.

  • Strategic thinking and the ability to balance immediate facility needs with long-term business objectives.

  • Technical aptitude and practical judgment when evaluating maintenance needs, equipment, and facility improvements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.

  • Experience with general electrical, plumbing, and construction skills preferred.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations as required.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Annual Salary: $85,000–$100,000, based on experience

  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan

  • Paid Time Off: PTO & Holiday pay plus 2 floating holidays
