Facilities Management Director

Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteer role is a part-time, remote position responsible for supporting and organizing volunteer-led activities within the UAE Creative Local Community. This role includes coordinating volunteer schedules, managing communication with volunteers, and ensuring smooth participation in community sessions, events, and outreach initiatives. The Coordinator will help match volunteers to suitable opportunities, track engagement, and maintain records of volunteer contributions. In collaboration with community organizers, the role involves assisting with online and offline gatherings, promoting inclusive participation, and responding to volunteer inquiries. The Coordinator will also contribute to improving volunteer processes, supporting community-led projects, and strengthening the overall volunteer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Work and Social Services to support volunteers and community members in an empathetic and inclusive manner.
• Candidates should possess Case Management skills to organize volunteer information, track participation, and follow up on ongoing community initiatives.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with volunteers, partners, and community organizers across digital channels.
• Candidates should possess Community Outreach skills to help engage new volunteers, promote events, and expand participation across the UAE creative ecosystem.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort using digital tools and social platforms (e.g., email, messaging apps, LinkedIn, event management tools).
• Prior experience in community coordination, volunteer management, or creative industry networks is beneficial.
• Commitment to inclusivity, collaboration, and supporting diverse creative professionals in the UAE.
