Facilities Manager

Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers is a part-time, remote role responsible for organizing and supporting volunteer activities that promote Open Recruitment Days in UAE. This role involves recruiting and onboarding volunteers, scheduling and tracking their participation in online and occasional on-site events, and providing clear guidance on tasks such as sharing event information, assisting with inquiries, and supporting digital campaigns. The coordinator will maintain regular communication with volunteers, offer training and resources, and ensure that all activities align with the platform’s mission to inform job seekers about hiring events. The role also includes building relationships with community partners, monitoring volunteer performance and feedback, and preparing brief reports on volunteer engagement and impact.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong volunteer management and volunteer training skills to effectively organize, guide, and support volunteer teams.
• Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities to engage volunteers, partners, and job seekers in a professional and inclusive manner.
• Candidates should possess experience or interest in community outreach to help expand awareness of recruitment days and hiring events across diverse audiences.
• Comfort using online collaboration tools, social media platforms, and basic office software in a remote work environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules independently.
• Prior experience coordinating volunteers, events, or community programs is beneficial.
• Knowledge of or familiarity with the UAE job market and recruitment practices is an advantage.
