Description
Reliable Security Staffing LLC is seeking an Entry Level Facilities Manager to join our team in Atlanta. This is a full-time, remote position within the Security/Investigations industry, ideal for a motivated individual looking to build a career in facilities operations while supporting the security staffing needs of our clients.
As a Facilities Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating facility operations, supporting site logistics, and helping maintain safe, secure, and efficient work environments across our managed locations. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and client contacts to ensure day-to-day facility needs are met on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily facility operations across assigned sites
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs
- Monitor facility conditions and report issues to management promptly
- Support scheduling and logistics for on-site activities and inspections
- Maintain accurate records of facility requests, work orders, and updates
- Help ensure compliance with site safety and security procedures
- Communicate with internal teams to support operational needs
- Assist in tracking budgets, invoices, and basic cost documentation
- Respond to routine facility questions and service requests
- Support emergency response and incident reporting as needed
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
- Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned
Requirements
- Entry level experience in facilities management, operations, or a related area
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable working remotely and managing time independently
- Basic proficiency with productivity tools such as email, spreadsheets, and scheduling systems
- Ability to communicate professionally with vendors, clients, and team members
- Willingness to learn facility and security-related procedures
- Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment
- Must be located in or able to support operations in Atlanta
- Availability to work full-time hours as scheduled
