Das können Sie bewirken

• Sourcing und Datenmanagement – Sie unterstützen das Factory SCM bei der Optimierung von Einkaufsprozessen und übernehmen die Pflege der ERP-Daten, einschließlich Lieferanteninformationen, Preisen und Vertragsdetails
• Ausschreibungen und Angebotsanalysen – Sie begleiten Ausschreibungen, prüfen Materialkosten und Vertragsbedingungen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette und setzen gezielt Verhandlungen ein
• Prozessmanagement in der Produktion – Sie analysieren und überwachen Produktionsabläufe, reagieren auf eskalierte Themen und tragen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung bei
• Lieferantenmanagement und Qualifizierung – Sie steuern die Qualifizierungsprozesse von Lieferanten und unterstützen die Bewertung sowie Optimierung der Lieferantenperformance
• Analysen und Berichterstattung – Sie erstellen aussagekräftige Reports und unterstützen bei datenbasierten Entscheidungen
• Kontinuierliche Optimierung – Sie identifizieren Verbesserungspotenziale und setzen präventive Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung um

• Ausbildung & Erfahrung – Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Supply Chain Management oder in der Logistik
• Neugier & Antrieb – Sie sind eine dynamische und anpassungsfähige Persönlichkeit, die bereit ist, Herausforderungen anzunehmen und stetige Verbesserungen voranzutreiben
• Kommunikationsstärke & Netzwerkfähigkeiten – Sie bauen vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu Teams und Lieferanten auf und fördern die Zusammenarbeit durch exzellente Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
• Unternehmerisches Denken & Eigenverantwortung – Sie übernehmen Verantwortung, denken unternehmerisch und treiben Projekte selbstständig voran
• EDV-Kompetenz – Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Tools wie Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen wie SAP von Vorteil
• Sprachliche Fähigkeiten – Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für eine professionelle Kommunikation und Koordination
