Cash Compensation range: $312,040-$345,880
We invite applications for Board Certified or Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to join our Primary Care team in a unique hybrid role featuring 60/40 practice split between Vancouver, WA and Longview/Kelso, WA. Our ideal candidate will have a the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care. You will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff. Northwest Permanente physician roles are PSLF eligible.

The annual salary for this position is $248,040-$281,880 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to spending 60% of your clinical time paneling at the Kaiser Permanente Vancouver clinic of your choice, this role offers a panel incentive of up to $12,000 annually, depending on FTE, along with circuit rider compensation for 40% cross-coverage responsibilities at Longview/Kelso, WA.
