As a Client Planning Associate, you’ll meet with clients virtually, learn about their goals, and help guide them through a simple planning process. You’ll work alongside experienced team members who will train and support you as you build your skills. No prior licenses are required to start. Our company offers a training and sponsorship program to help you obtain industry licenses. What You'll Do • Meet with clients over Zoom to learn about their goals • Help families review where they are and where they want to go • Walk clients through simple planning options and next steps • Keep notes and stay organized with client follow-ups • Work with your team to support clients and answer questions • Continue learning through team training and mentorship What We're Looking For • Friendly and good with people • Strong communication skills • Customer service or people-facing experience is helpful but not required • Organized and responsible • Comfortable using Zoom and basic computer tools • Open to learning and growing Licensing & Training Our company helps team members obtain industry licenses including: • Life Insurance License • Series 6 • Series 63 • Series 26 • Series 65 • Mortgage License What We Offer • Fully remote opportunity • Flexible schedule options • Training and mentorship provided • Licensing support program • Supportive team environment • Opportunity for long-term career growth This is a remote position.
