- Carry out "innovation shopping" — sourcing and reviewing new collections, fabrics, and design concepts from leading brands and retailers as creative reference material.
- Conduct client website and digital catalog analysis to extract design cues, brand tone, and visual direction to inform mood boards and concept development.

- Excellent research skills and an eye for current and emerging fashion trends.
- Strong communication skills — comfortable presenting concepts directly to international clients.
- Based in South Korea, with reliable internet access for remote work and video meetings.
- English proficiency (written and spoken) enough for client communication.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with international buyers/brands (retail, apparel export, or textile manufacturing sectors).
- Experience with market/competitor research tools.
Compensation
