Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Fashion Designer at Constructiv Group. The Fashion Designer will develop concepts and collections, create sketches and technical drawings, and select fabrics, trims, and textile treatments aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and market needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with pattern makers and production teams, overseeing fittings to refine silhouettes and construction, and ensuring garments meet quality, fit, and performance standards. The role also involves researching fashion trends, materials, and consumer preferences, preparing mood boards and design presentations, and working closely with cross-functional partners to move designs from concept through sampling to final production. The Fashion Designer will maintain organized documentation of designs, specifications, and revisions while meeting project timelines and brand guidelines in a remote environment.
Qualifications

• Strong Fashion Design and Fashion skills, including concept development, sketching, and translating ideas into cohesive collections.
• Proficiency with Textiles and Embroidery, including fabric selection, basic textile properties, and decorative techniques that support the design vision.
• Experience with Fitting, garment construction, and collaboration with pattern makers or technical designers to achieve consistent fit and quality.
• Knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar CAD tools) and the ability to create technical flats and spec sheets.
• Understanding of the end-to-end apparel development process, from trend research and material sourcing to sampling and production.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Relevant education in Fashion Design, Textiles, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in apparel design.
