Campus Ambassador

Role Description<

The Campus Ambassador Internship at MT Paper Hub is a hybrid role based in Lahore, combining on-campus promotion with remote coordination. The primary goal is to increase brand awareness, expand our customer base, and generate sales for our O/A Level and IGCSE educational resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Promotion: Increase awareness of MT Paper Hub among students and within the institution.
• Sales & Order Generation: Bring in orders from students and encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
• Order Coordination: Coordinate customer requirements and orders with the MT Paper Hub team, ensuring smooth processing and communication.
• Institutional Outreach: Explore opportunities for bulk orders through teachers, school administration, and relevant departments.
• Marketing & Feedback: Distribute promotional materials, share product information, and gather student feedback.
• Social Media Content (Optional): Create promotional content for MT Paper Hub’s social media platforms to support online brand visibility.
• Reporting & Communication: Share regular updates on outreach activities, potential leads, and orders generated.

The ambassador will represent MT Paper Hub within their institution, helping grow our campus presence, build relationships, and convert brand awareness into sales.

• Student Status: Currently enrolled as an O Level, A Level, or IGCSE student at a school or educational institution in Lahore.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to promote the brand and interact with students, teachers, and school staff.
• Campus Connections: Preferably well-connected with classmates, teachers, school administration, or student societies.
• Availability & Responsibility: Mature, reliable, and capable of balancing ambassador responsibilities with academic commitments.
• Device Requirements: Must have a smartphone and an active WhatsApp number for communication and order coordination. Access to a laptop is preferred.
• Sales & Initiative: Proactive, motivated, and comfortable approaching potential customers and generating orders for MT Paper Hub.
• Bonus: An interest in marketing, entrepreneurship, or social media content creation is an advantage.

Compensation

• Direct Sales Commission: Earn 10% commission on every order directly secured through your personal outreach and communication with customers.
• Website Sales Commission: Earn 5% commission on website orders placed using your assigned promo code.
• Letter of Recommendation (LOR): Available upon request, subject to satisfactory performance and completion of assigned responsibilities.
• Certificate of Internship: Receive an internship certificate upon completion of your tenure with MT Paper Hub.
