Understand the business processes and data landscape of specific teams or segments. Help design, test, and implement analytical solutions (e.g., models, dashboards, strategies). Location : México and Colombia 💻 Key tech & data skills: • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel. • Strong expertise in data analysis and interpretation. • Ability to turn data into business recommendations and visual storytelling. 🔍 What we’re looking for: • Minimum 2 years of experience in business research, analytics, or related fields. • Insurance industry experience is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Statistics, or related fields). • Passion for innovation and a user-centered mindset.
