About the Role We're looking for a Workforce Strategy Associate to help design and optimize how work gets done across the business. This role combines workforce planning, process improvement, workforce analytics, and strategic problem-solving to help leaders make informed decisions about talent, structure, and operations. What You'll Do Analyze workforce data, capacity, skills, and organizational needs to identify improvement opportunities. Map, design, and improve business processes using continuous improvement methodologies. Build workforce models, scenarios, and recommendations to support business decisions. Partner with business leaders to define role requirements, critical skills, and workforce strategies. Develop insights, KPIs, and presentations that support decision-making and organizational effectiveness. Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in operations, consulting, strategy, workforce planning, business analytics, or a related field. Experience with process mapping, process improvement, and data analysis. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Advanced English proficiency.
