Feature Film Editor Internship

Volunteer Internship Position I Remote | 20h/week November - April

CRUX is producing a feature-length documentary following young people building concrete climate solutions across Eastern and Southern Africa, which was filmed in May-July of 2026.

With post-production set to finish by the end of April, we are looking for volunteer assistant editors to support our passionate team of young filmmakers (an international team that works remotely). You will be joining a team of editors to assist with rough cuts, pacing, visuals, and more - ultimately shaping what this film becomes and how to best touch people through these stories.

What we're looking for:

• Passion for climate action and climate storytelling
• Past experience with video editing and knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or, alternatively, experience in a comparable editing software and eagerness to master DaVinci
• A strong sense of pacing, story, and visual style; comfortable working in English and ability to work independently

Everyone on the team is a volunteer, so currently position is unpaid.
