Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $160,000.00 and $180,000.00 annually plus bonus opportunities. Expert level knowledge of additive manufacturing technology and services with a focus on metal additive technology. Power user of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) to manage accounts, track opportunities, and forecast revenue accurately. Strong Microsoft skills, including Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales performance as well as PowerPoint for creating compelling business proposals and executive updates. Ability to travel 60-80% of the time to trade shows, conferences and other events both within the US and abroad as needed to drive business.
