Cygnus Technology Inc. is looking for someone with proven experience finding U.S. federal business opportunities, preparing bids, sourcing suppliers, building competitive prices, and helping deliver awarded work.

📍 Qatar / Remote, depending on the assignment

💼 Full-time or project-based, subject to agreement

You should be able to:

• Find and assess opportunities across federal agencies using SAM.gov, DLA/DIBBS, PIEE, JCCS, and other relevant portals.

• Read government requirements and understand FAR, DFARS, IFBs, RFPs, RFQs, and IDIQ contracts.

• Write clear proposals and manage complete, on-time submissions.

• Find reliable suppliers and check their pricing, capacity, quality, and delivery times.

• Prepare accurate cost comparisons and competitive pricing.

• Coordinate supply contracts, service contracts, logistics, and project delivery.

We want someone who has personally worked on successful federal bids—not only monitored opportunities or handled purchasing.
