Female Reservation Agent

A Lebanese travel and tourism company based in France is seeking a female Reservation Agent to work remotely from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and manage travel reservations and bookings.
  
• Assist clients with booking requests and provide accurate information.
  
• Communicate professionally with customers in French and English.
  
• Maintain and update booking records.
  
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely responses to inquiries.
  

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
  
• Excellent command of French and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  
• Good computer literacy and proficiency in using laptops and digital tools.
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
  
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings.
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
