Il tuo obiettivo è contribuire al miglioramento continuo e l'ottimizzazione dei processi e delle performance all'interno del team che si occupa della manutenzione delle reti in fibra ottica, con un focus sulla riduzione dei costi e sull'aumento della qualità del servizio (riduzione del numero di guasti e della loro durata) identificando ed eliminando le inefficienze e promuovendo una cultura del miglioramento continuo.

In un ambiente dinamico puoi metterti alla prova e incrementare le tue competenze tecniche e organizzative, collaborare con gli altri team e contribuire direttamente a rendere la rete in fibra ottica di Fastweb+Vodafone la migliore rete in Italia.

In qualità di Fiber Continuous Improvement Professional le tue principali attività e responsabilità saranno le seguenti:

· Analizzare e monitorare le performance

· Studiare, anche attraverso sopralluoghi in campo, la natura e le cause delle principali instabilità ed inefficienze rilevate sulla rete

· Partecipare a progetti e gruppi di lavoro (anche interfunzionali) finalizzati alla bonifica ed all’ottimizzazione della rete

· Facilitare l'adozione di nuovi processi e sistemi per supportare il cambiamento all'interno dell'organizzazione

· Studiare le soluzioni tecnologiche disponibili sul mercato per individuare quelle più utili a conferire alla rete maggiore stabilità e qualità

· Governare, supportare e monitorare i processi e le attività operative eseguite dai System Integrators

REQUISITI ESSENZIALI

• Solida conoscenza delle architetture di rete in fibra ottica e delle componenti infrastrutturaliBuona conoscenza di GIS/PNI
• Forte motivazione nel raggiungere gli obiettivi personali e di gruppo
• Flessibilità e attenzione al Cliente Interno ed Esterno

REQUISITI PREFERENZIALI

• Laurea in discipline STEM o diploma ITS in ambito telecomunicazioni
• Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nello stesso ruolo o ruolo equivalente

Retribuzione a partire da 33.000 euro annui lordi + PdR.
