Field Account Engineer – BAS / HVAC

What this role is about We’re looking for a highly hands-on Field Account Engineer to support the execution, troubleshooting, optimization, and long-term reliability of Building Automation Systems (BAS) across multiple client sites. This role sits at the intersection of: BAS controls HVAC operations field execution client support system optimization You’ll work directly with commercial buildings, control systems, field devices, integrations, vendors, and client facility teams to ensure systems actually perform in real-world environments. This is not a passive engineering role. The work is operational, fast-moving, and execution-heavy. You’ll be expected to: troubleshoot real problems respond to field issues support deployments and upgrades coordinate execution improve system performance and help clients keep critical building operations running You’ll work closely with: Project Managers Implementation teams Customer Success Vendors and subcontractors Client facility and operations teams If you enjoy solving technical problems, working close to the field, and taking ownership of operational outcomes — this role is for you.
