Title: Field and Event Marketing Manager

Reporting to: VP, Marketing

Location: Remote

Opportunity:

As Field and Event Marketing Manager, you will run GW RhythmX’s events planning and execution processes
and be accountable for the pipeline they create in collaboration with sales. You will manage the company’s
presence at industry conferences, plan regional events and executive dinners with sales, and own the follow-up
process that turns leads into opportunities. You will also partner with sales and the broader go-to-market team
on their other demand generation efforts.

Responsibilities:

● Own the event calendar end to end: planning, budget, vendors, on-site execution, and post-event
reporting.
● Partner with sales leaders and account executives on regional events, executive dinners, and other
programs in their territories.
● Build target account lists with sales before each event and drive attendance and meetings with the right
health system executives.
● Own lead management for field and event programs: capture, handoff to sales, follow-up, and
conversion to pipeline.
● Carry an event ROI target, set jointly with sales, and report on results and return on spend.
● Support the sales team’s broader demand generation efforts, including targeted campaigns to priority
accounts.
● Work with product marketing, sales, and executives on the messaging, materials, speakers, and
briefings for each event.

Requirements:

● 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including hands-on ownership of events or field marketing
programs.
● Experience marketing to health systems or other enterprise buyers, ideally in healthcare technology.
● A track record of tying events and field programs to pipeline.
● Working knowledge of Salesforce and a marketing automation platform such as Pardot or HubSpot.
● Experience managing event budgets, vendors, and contracts.
● Ability to travel up to 30%.
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
● Adhere to all organizational information security policies and protect all sensitive information including
but not limited to ePHI and PHI in accordance with organizational policy and Federal, State, and local
regulations.

About You:

● You measure events by the pipeline they create, and you follow through on every lead.
● You work well with sales and build trust with sellers quickly.
● You are highly organized and comfortable running several events at once.
● You are at ease with senior executives and represent the company well.
● You enjoy building programs and processes on a small team.
