Field Manager – Experiential Marketing & Live Events Are you an experienced event professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys engaging with diverse audiences, and excels at managing on-site teams? If so, we want you on our team! As a Field Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing live events for multiple clients across Automotive Industry, ensuring seamless activations and outstanding attendee experience. Responsibilities: Serve as the on-site lead for experiential marketing activations and live events. Manage and oversee event staff, ensuring professionalism, punctuality, and seamless execution. Act as the primary point of contact for any onsite issues, escalating concerns to the Account Manager when necessary. Engage with attendees, articulate brand messaging, and create meaningful interactions. Provide post-event feedback and insights to Account Managers to improve future activations. Maintain professionalism while working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings with different weather conditions. Support automotive live events and large-scale experiential marketing programs. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in experiential marketing, live events, or field marketing. Previous experience in the automotive industry or working on automotive activations is highly preferred. Highly competent in team/people management (required) Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics, which inspire employees to exceed standards and expectations. Strong and effective written, verbal and presentation skills Ability to multi-task and solve problems under pressure. May require traveling with overnight stays. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 25+ lbs. Ability to stand/walk 100% of shift. Frequently required to walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch Ability to work indoors and outdoors in fluctuating temperatures. Ability to work under adverse situations and conditions (e.g., dirty, noisy, etc.). Flexible schedule including afternoons, evenings, and weekends . Pay Scale $28-$37 DOE & Program #LI-Remote
